Victoria Terria Lewis is wanted for Endangering the welfare of her 4-year-old after the child was found by authorities in the 300 block High Street on June 19, 2023, court records show.
This is not the first time Lewis has faced this charge. In 2016, following a driving under the influence at the highest rate incident, she ended up pleading nolo contendere— a plea by which the defendant accepts a conviction as though a guilty plea had been entered but does not admit guilt.
She served two years of probation for that offense, according to a previous court docket.
She entered the same plea for a 2017 retail theft and received a 12-month probation sentence, another docket showed.
A few months later she pleaded guilty to drunk and disorderly conduct but served no further penalty. She then pleaded guilty to retail theft and was sentenced to another 24 months of probation, an additional dockets show.
In 2018 she was caught committing another theft and was given 6-months of probation, yet another docket showed.
Finally in 2020 when she committed retail theft again she was sentenced to 39 days to 23 months of confinement— she served 39 days, according to court records.
Anyone with information on Lewis' location is asked to contact the Chambersburg Police or submit a tip here.
